Need help with wall trim repair

Question

Trying to spruce up the hybrid and have several spots where the trim covering the wall seams is bubbling. I don't believe it to be water damage as we just spent a weekend that poured 7" of rain on us in 3 days, and no leaks. Any tips or tricks?

Yea I have a couple of spots like that too.  Try a sharp razor blade to make a cut then glue bottom first then top piece over it.
