The fast way to recharge a flooded battery is using 14.8 volts UNTIL the cells start bubbling lightly. Most Smart Chargers can't count past ten without unzipping their pants. Simply throwing 14.8 volts for a few minutes is a sales gimmick and utterly useless. Find out how long the charger stays at 14.8 It should be time adjustable to be intelligent. Fat chance.
