I need to replace my Iota converter and have been considering the Progressive Dynamics 9245 converter. I have noted there are 2 models: one that goes to 14.4 v in boost and another that goes to 14.8v...

And how does it know to drop from 13.6 to 13.2? I had a tiny converter into a large bank and it would take days to drop to 13.2.
