The faster you can charge them the less generator time will be used. AGM batteries can take lots of amps, more than wetcell. But if you're using shore power, and have the time, then you don't need the 60A.
Another issue is where to place the new converter/charger. Many trailers place it too far from the batteries with a wimpy cable connecting them. I got the 60A version and placed it close to the batteries, attached by short, heavy cables leaving the WFCO in place but turned off.
