Neutral loss during disconnect a problem?
If I disconnect (or connect) at a campground power post and the neutral pin comes out (or goes in).....first, before the live pins make contact.....is this a potential problem? Can a surge occur? ...

If you have a surge protector, turning the switch on it "off" before you disconnect eliminates worrying about the power pole breaker the next time you hook up.
