Write down any numbers on the axles or brake parts. Also take digital pictures if you can. Then Google the part numbers you come up with. You should be able to find out the manufacturer and the brake drum size. From this you can talk to one of the suppliers already mentioned.
My axles were stamped with the capacity and some other info on it. The back side of my backing plates are stamped with the Dexter name and have the lining size on them. I am not sure if Keystone used Dexter or not. My axles are 6000#, but they (Dexter & Eastern Marine)recommended upgrading to the 7000# axle brake assemblies.
