already repacked, obtained a UPS return slip from seller and shipped it out today.

I'm glad to hear they took care of it so easily and fast too. What will you need to do with the current unit?

Customer Service is outstanding and patient.

After 1/2 of tutorial by CS, they determined that the computer and other components had internal damages.

They are sending out a new on today.

FYI

manual says:

No AC output:

1. cable not properly connected: check all connections. done
2. connected device is defective: really?
3. circuit breaker is open: pushed both breaker buttons, nothing happens. Champion says reset circuit breaker. Other than pushing the buttons which does only one thing....pushes in and returns out in the same position. No change even when holding button in.
4. loose wiring: the only thing I found was that the spark plug head was loose. I tightened it.
5. other: Champion says contact help line.

Unfortunately, it is Saturday for me. Unless anyone has another idea....it can wait till Monday.

Call Champion customer service or send them an email. They are very good at responding.

At least it started with one pull. (which always amazes me when it's had no gas in it)

What does owner manual say.. anything other than what you did? I guess you can return it.. or get warranty service.
