I don't think that humming noise is proper if it is not the fan.
I was thinking the 55amp lower replacement would have the same program as the PM4Bs (no 55, has the 60 instead) Randy makes, but it might not have that 15 minute thing like the deck mounts do. You will have to ask Randy.
