But it happens every day. The unaware consumer. I don't care what is purchased. Consumers make the wrong choice and elbow twisters showing 46-teeth help them do it. RV information is so biased and convoluted it makes my head swim. The power pedestal princess crowd too often sticks their nose in boondocking business - where it absolutely does not belong and chaos results.
I did not listen to the exchange between vendor and buyer so I cannot comment.
A boondocking charging circuit MUST BE PERFECT. No volt and a half drops. The wire size from converter to batteries must be corrected. Larger wire, new terminals whatever it takes to get volt drop preferably to point eight volts maximum. The last time I checked Quicksilver I had .22 drop. Depending on source boost compensation does the following...
Where are hotel loads connected? At the converter. You want unregulated LED lamps and the rest of the coach operating at compensated boost voltage until the batteries charge?
