New RV water pump sputtering air/water at faucets

While draining my clean 50 gallon water tank, I left the water pump running dry for about a half hour, maybe more. When I filled the tank again, it would not suck up any water, indicating that a seal ...

LOL. After re-reading my own post, I went out and checked the inputs to the pump, and tried tightening them some more, and there is a little bowl strainer on the pump input that was not not all the way tight. I squeezed that down tighter, and viola, FIXED!

How do I delete my post??
