New shocks and Tires..Any Advice

Looking at installing KYB gas adjust on a 1998 F53 motor home has anyone ran into any pros or cons? they will be replacing OEM shocks.

also need to finally replace my tires since we only put 2-5 K a year on the RV i'm thinking about putting on a set of GT Radial Savero HT2
has anyone had any experiences with this tire.
