OK- so the battery is stable at 12.6 volts and I have turned on lights, a fan and the refrigerator. The panel is not inputting anything now. Here are some pics:

Here's the Controller- note that it is low by .1 or so....
and here is the monitored performance- note that the fridge was switched on at the very end and seems to have a cycle
My intention is to run the battery down and see if the panel controller responds- but- I may have a problem with the resettable fuse I'm using! Well, this is all an experiment right now so I may be bypassing that tomorrow.
