new surge device from Hughes

Now I admit blue tooth would be nice. but I want over/under protection not just spike.
If they don't say anything about it disconnecting you from bad power, then it's an almost certain bet that it doesn't. It appears to just be a monitor with MOVs or similar for "surge suppression." If it detects an anomaly, it is supposed to alert your phone via BT and you run out and disconnect before your equipment lets the magic smoke out.
