Yes, I read that, but my question was: Will it connect if there is a problem in the first place? Fer example: will it connect and allow power to the RV if there is an open neutral? Most problems are when you first try to connect. Will this surge guard connect if there are issues, or not allow power to pass through?

So you could have multiple issues, but it will go ahead and supply power to your RV and fry your electronics? But it will tell you what happened and why your stuff fried? That's not such a good system.
