My old shocks are discontinued. My new shocks have longer studs so I have to remove the plate under the u-bolts (above the u-bolt nuts) in order to install them. There is what I thought was a bolt i...

The longest leaf spring in the pack is attached to the trailer frame. The shorter leaves are clamped to it and should not seperate from the long leaf.
