Nice Little Desk Fan

120v/5v usb fan

0.5a draw at 5v, so 0.21a draw at 12v. Can be run directly off laptop's usb port, or thru 120v adaptor.

Reasonably quiet, and lots of air for a 4" fan. Helped yesterday, when it was 88F inside the camper. A 12v direct hook up would be more efficient, but if the inverter, power bar, and laptop are already on, anyway, it's a small addition to the load... ~1Ah / 5hrs.
  • See! See what I mean about Candians and temperature?

Here it chills to 88F at dawn.

    Just funnin' witcha.. :)

Gonna get one of them. Solar powered
  • $4.99 free shipping on EBay. Slow shipping. I'm doing the Amazon deal.
I have several USB battery packs so I can use it anywhere.
  • yeah, i didn't check prices anywhere else, just figured i'd grab it and give it a whirl (pun intended).

I have one,, got it at a local discount store.. Did not come with the 120 volt adapter or perhaps I mislayed it.. but USB to 120 "Bricks" are ... Common around here.
  • This fan works very good. You could sell one of these for a $1000.00 where I'm working.

  • Got mine yesterday. Runs 2 hours on my phone battery pack.
    Great fan.

    Thanks for the heads up.
  • definitely liking mine... much more comfortable, especially when there's no breeze blowing thru.
  • walmart has a $10 12 volt plug in takes a couple amps but really makes a good breeze. i use it all note over the bed and makes more comfortable sleeping.
