Since you have NO 120V or 12V, start at the pole. Is there 120v at the shore source? Is the CB on? If at home this may be in the master panel or at the receptacle. Turn it off and then on to verify. If Yes, then do you have an Auto Transfer Switch (ATS), which is where your shore cable connects to the coach? If Yes, then what do you hear? Check the master and all the 120v CB panel inside the coach. Do you have a 120/12v voltmeter? You need one to verify where there is electricity and where there is not and how much. Didi you check your GFCI outlets?
