Transfer switch.....shore side
If that were the problem wouldn't I have power the the 110 volt outlets with the generator running? When running the genny, all the 12 volt systems and the AC/heatpump work, but no power to any of the 110 volt outlets.
What are the meter readings on both sides of the transfer switch?

It's possible to have a failed or stuck relay on the shore power side of the transfer switch and still have power from the generator. You will have exactly the symptoms you describe.
Lacking power to receptacles and having power to fixed-wire devices indicate a fault in the receptacle circuit(s). This is typically a faulted GFCI receptacle or a tripped breaker. Rarely, it can be a parted neutral connection in the load center. Also, losing one leg of the 50 amp service, that one leg being the source for receptacle power, will do the same. Seek someone with technical experience.
