blown fuse would be the cheap/easy answer. There is often a second fuse in the line from the battery to the converter, besides the fuses in the converter. Check them all.
If you have power going to the converter as shown by that voltmeter and all fuses are good, then it's also possible that the converter itself took a dump and may need replacing. That would be the expensive/difficult answer.
