No DC

Hi Need some of that great advise Lost all DC when on House Batteries,Generator,Shore Power,Truck Alternator No DC New batteries checked with voltmeter read 12.4 Power in & out of converter OK ...

It's not dead, is about 70% charge
But it is not getting recharged
