Propane cylinder on 'far side' (roadside) is connected to step down regulator (30#) that feeds propane across front area of 5vr to changeover regulator on 'curbside')
Curbside cylinder feeds changeover regulator with a much higher pressure then far side
Roadside 30# (if the regulator is working properly)
Curbside 150#---250# (depends on ambient air temps)
1st stage drops cylinder pressure down to 15#
2nd stage drops that 15# down to 0.4 psi (11"WC)
Check if the roadside regulator is also chattering/whistling
