I have a 2 week old trailer with a Norcold N811 in it. This past Saturday night, we somehow tripped the park breaker without knowing it and woke up freezing at 5 AM. Long and short of it is the furnace wouldn't run and I believe I starved the fridge of the necessary voltage due to running the battery down. I too have a 6 flash green indicator. I have since found a Norcold Service Bulletin for Trouble Shooting Power Boards and Control Panels. It is publication no. 631361A (5-31-07). It identifies the 6 flash code as probably being caused by (1) The open limit switch in the cooling unit canister has tripped, or, (2) The switch connections or jumper wire is disconnected. The only switch I am aware of is the thermal switch on the flue and it has continuity through it @ 13.2V. Any help would be appreciated...not that I just can't take it back to my dealer, but I am an instant gratification kind of person!! Plus, I dread the thought of having to leave it there for as long as we waited for it and now is camping season.
