noracold help

Question

I am trying to help a newbie out. He has a noracold 621 i believe the thermister was taken out connection and all.
there are 4 wires 2 red 1 black and 1 white can anybody tell me how they go.
The freezer works good fridge just cool and on the display it just shows a dot.Can anybody help so we can get his fridge working.It is in a 2002 thor signature

"2here are 4 wires 2 red ablack and a white", I only count 3 wires in this statement. What do you mean by "the next freezer". You might google the Norcold model and see if there is a wiring diagram. Find out the exacvt model and serial number and download the service manual at http://bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/ncoldnnewnseries.pdf2 wires are 12 volt power for the light, 2 are for the thermistor.
