1. WHY not on 120? Boondocking?
2. A BAD cooling unit, the freezer will appear to be working. But that is subjective to uninformed. WHAT is the freezer temp? IT MUST BE BELOW 10 degrees. So, freezing is 32 degrees. That gives you an error of more than 22 degrees to determine the "freezer does seem to be working".
3. Flame is not a good way to determine BTU capacity of the heat. LP pressure test is the ONLY way. It must be 11.5 inches water column. Just 1 inch drop(10 inches) the flame will still look good but will cause a drastic performance problem in cooling.
4. Is this refer mounted in a slide out? If so, you may have a rear ventilation problem. Doug
