This has not been my experience… My 200a/hr Aims is rated at 200amps continuous and a 350amp short term peak, though the most actual amperage I’ve ever witnessed when using the air conditioner at about 20% SOC was 138 dc amps… FWIW, this same battery bench tested at an actual 215a/hrs using a 500w halogen shop lamp…This is (per my previous…) why I believe this advisory (though yes, entirely possible) will impact only a few and in somewhat outlier situations…
Personally, I can state no adverse experience with LFP’s, and FWIW, within the last month added another (in parallel, interior mounted beneath dinette) along with another 220w of rooftop solar (now at 660w)… Since this is only a truck camper, I’m now just about outta rooftop space :) lol!
