The problem with RV's is that although most chassis builders have changed to metric sizes years ago, many of the coach builders and their associated suppliers have not. So, yes, IMO, you still need both SAE and metric sizes to cover everything. IME, as soon as you discard your standard tools, you'll find a buried flare nut somewhere that is clearly SAE that hasn't been touched in years. You KNOW what happens next if you even think of using the wrong tool.
