The generator actually works great. I have used it for hours on end boondocking at Daytona in February and use my RV and the generator at least twice a month.
Unfortunately the oil vac method did not work for me. Not sure what or if I did something wrong but I tried over and over. I had to take my RV to CW to get a window replaced (insurance job) and the mechanic assures me there has never been an oil plug he could not get out. We will see. I will know by Wednesday.
One thing for sure, the oil pan is not coming off unless the whole generator comes out of the RV...and I am certainly not going to do that.
