The furnace is not creating humidity inside, but the warmed air is simply condensing against the cold air on the outside of the single-pane windows.
THANK YOU! Nothing is wrong with my furnace..... The condensation is from two folks breathing, and the moisture we create condensing on the aluminum frame of the toy hauler ramp and the single pane windows. I believe this would have been mitigated had I opened the two travel vents as I did when operating the WAVE 6.
As far as vent size, I opened two "travel vents" that these toy haulers have to remove fuel fumes from motorcycles or ATVs being carried within. Each vent is 12" X 4"....one high and one low and I had the roof top vent open about a 1/2"
