The issue I have with any ventless product is that they burn whatever is in the room and release those by products back into the room.
Ventless fireplaces were all the rage a few years back, however they have fallen out of favor due to their lack of ventilation.
A vent less heater will have the same effect of burning whatever is in the air.
Dust,carpet fibers,or just whatever pollutants and chemical exist in the air.
Once burned what is released back into the living space is unknown by products,that we in turn breath.
Just to many variables involved to be deemed safe for me.
Breathing exhaust is never good.
