All your symptoms are electrical related so doubt if you need a tranny tech to replace it.
probably a sensor, broken wire, bad fuse, causing these related issues. Find someone who understands vehicle electronics rather than a trans mechanical specialist.
The battery disconnect someone mentioned may resolve it.
A bad brake lite switch can cause the no unlock from park issue..
