If the demand regulator shows 11"
I think that would indicate everything up to and including the demand regulator is ok
But I don't know how that can be possible..
I think when you check it, the demand regulator will show Low pressure, something way less than 11" water column
I'm running on second hand knowledge
But your going to need to crank over the engine
A static test will not suffice to give correct results
If the demand regulator has a malfunction
It will be the lack of resistance, to the vacuum created by the engine intake
The pistons turning over, will cause to much flow, the water column pressure will decrease,
I hope you understand,
A more detailed explanation, means going into fluid dynamics, and how pressure is a result of restriction to flow,
My experience is with machine tool hydraulic systems, not lp gas fuel systems
