I will have to do that test tonight. Didn't get to it last night. I removed the demand regulator and was prepared to just replace it but I took it apart and it is a very simple device. Now I can understand the test that I did to verify the demand regulator is opening properly. I am back to looking at what the output flow from the demand regulator is showing while the engine is cranking. I will try to do that in the next couple days and get back. I'm getting frustrated now because I really thought that was going to be the issue.
