Onan 4K spark arrestor plug won't loosen for removal

Changed my generator oil today and tried to remove the spark arrestor plug on exhaust pipe. Sprayed WD40 and let it sit. Still won't loosen. Square tip is getting deformed from trying. I don't wa...

I'm not going to worry about it and I'm going to leave it be. Not worth risking damaging the muffler.
