Mine will from time to time after sitting for months without being properly stored..... take several tries before it runs. There will be many starts and run for couple of seconds then dies. Eventually 5 or 6 tries it will stay running but may die after a minute...then restart and it continues to run.
You do need to wait after a couple of tries to prevent flooding.
