Just take your gasoline carb inlet hose off and turn the engine over make sure your fuel pump is running a good stream and that solenoid has got a pin in it closes the jet when not running and pulls the pin back when energized if you pull the solenoid off be carful its got a little spring in it I believe then you can turn it over or put 12 volts to it to make sure its pulling the pin back open go through all your trouble shooting in the manual its your friend keep us informed and we will help you all we can
