Onan 5500 DIY Choke Pulloff

Question

I need to replace the choke pulloff diaphragm on my Onan 5500 gen set.  Has anyone ever done this and can you assist with advise.  I am having the darndest time getting the two screws off that hold it in place.  Tight place.  Can't find any youtube help on this.

Vise grip pliers work great to pop little screws loose.
