I'd run Mobil 1 0w-40. period. Rated for any temperature you might incur with your air cooled engine. Guaranteed a high % of PAO Type IV and V synthetic oil in the blend, to meet the 0w winter flow specifications, true synthetic to protect rings, oil scraper rings and bore with long chain synthetic hydrocarbon that are exceedingly difficult to shear or break down, regardless of extreme engine part temperatures. Worth every penny, the stuff in an air cooled motor.
