Onan carb fix
I have a 5500 onan in my new fuzion and it's always had a lean pop out the exhaust and would surge when not under a load. I am a diesel tech and refused to buy into the fact these carbs can't be clean...

About ONAN 5500 - Neighbor bought a new carb for his, ran OK then wouldn't start. Turned out the float wasn't dropping since the plastic float was binding on the edges of the pivot points. Filed the edges a little and it was fine.
