Onan carb fix
I have a 5500 onan in my new fuzion and it's always had a lean pop out the exhaust and would surge when not under a load. I am a diesel tech and refused to buy into the fact these carbs can't be clean...

Yes cleaning these jets with these bits will solve the problem sometimes but not always. Just because it's not talked about doesn't mean it's not a common practice.
Don't forget, you also have varying amounts of ethanol and water in todays wonderful fuels. More fuel is needed as the ethanol content is increased.
