Onan generator won't start now???

Question

Onan Marquis Gold 5500. So I first had carb problems- got that all fixed and the genset ran great. Went to start it up tonight and I hear a little clunk and then a slight buzzing noise. When I go to prime, it doesn't really want to - the light barely comes on. Then when I go to start it- nothing except what sounds like a faint buzz noise coming from behind the switch area (on the generator itself). Batteries are good. Fuel is good. Confused:h.
Any ideas?

If batteries are good, check for bad connection. Check the ground as well as the hot.
