I believe altitude adjustments are only for gas models, not propane like mine.
It seems like the device that operates the throttle is not opening it up reliably.
It will also drop to a slow sputtery idle while running sometimes but if I open the throttle by hand it will kick back up and the throttle will stay opened up.
