Nikki carbs are used on a lot of different small engines but basic principle should be very similar between versions of the Nikkis.

HERE of one used on a B&S engine which shows you have to remove the float and float valve and then you have a plastic piece that needs removed. Once removed you will see the emmulsion tube which normally is covered by the plastic piece.

I know there are a lot of variations of Nikki carbs, but the emmulsion tube typically will be in the exact center of the fuel bowl. In the case of this Nikki, it is hidden in the center of that plastic piece. Most carbs this tube is hidden inside the metal post and is held in place by the jet.
