Sweet!
Progress, it's a wonderful thing..
Main nozzle may be a pressed in fit which may not be removable without damage. It however should be cleanable in place as it is since you have access to it. Use a thin wire or small sewing pin small enough to fit through all the holes and cleaning it in place you will want to run a thin wire through the entire length of nozzle up into the carb throat to clear anything that may be in that hole.
I couldn't tell by the diagram what was holding that knob on.. A press fit, surprised that didn't vibrate and fall off.
Be careful when you remove the jet adjustment to count the turns, you will need to put it back to where it is supposed to start at when done. The diagram also shows some orings on that adjustment needle, don't lose them unless you have a rebuild kit.
With the amount of orings this carb has, a rebuild kit if you can find one for this carb just might be a good idea even if to to new orings as they are easy to lose or damage.
And yes, "carb cleaners" typically do nothing other than perhaps smelling bad. The main reason I keep some handy is for those times when needs a little starting help by giving the air filter a couple of puffs..
Good real carb cleaning takes some physical scrubbing action.. It is the reason I typically don't subscribe to the idea of cleaners you add to the gas.
If you have access to a ultrasonic cleaner that may help with places you can't get to, just have to be careful about materials that may react badly to the cleaner or vibrations.
