Yes some #2 wire (or larger) and a 110a class T fuse on the positive near the battery (within 18", closer is better)
No breaker on the inverter output if the wire can handle the full output of the inverter.
30a is for a small 300w inverter. Remember fuse is to protect the wire not the device.
