One large inverter or 2-3 small ones?

Thanks for all your patience, guys! Here's an option I'm considering now...
1 - Get the new battery platform mounted - $500
2 - Three PowerStar AGM 4D 12v, 420 lbs, 690AH for $1080
3 - Refurbished Magnum Energy MS2000 inverter/charger, 2000W, 100A, pure sine for $960
4 - Magnum ME-RC50 Remote Panel for $157
5 - Magnum ME-BMK Battery Monitor Kit for $175
Plus 1/0 wire, 125A(?) fuse and inline fuse box, battery switch, terminals, 30A outlet, shipping, etc...and I should be right at $3000. A little steep, but the inverter is ready to accept solar panels when I'm ready to add those.
Does that sound like pretty much everything I need? Comments on these components?
