Since surge performance is not a huge deal in an RV I would stay with 1/0, maybe 2/0 at max. Only $1.10 more per foot so less than $10. 4/0 jumps $4.50/' (Genuinedealz, shipped by the foot, assembly available, no tax)
What is the largest load? 1500 might be small for a full size microwave.
