Hi Jeff,
If you have exposed potable water lines talk to smkettner about his water recirculation system. Its GREAT and would use a lot less energy than heat tapes as well as being much easier to install.
A very nice side benefit is it saves water when boondocking, because you can "warm" the lines, instead of the water going into the grey tank when waiting for the hot water to arrive.
Does your ultra heat do the waste valves and tubing from the waste tanks? If not, I'd definitely add that.
There is an excellent thread on winter camping under the full time forum. I've documented my cold weather modifications there.
There is a cold weather kit available from Norcold. That may be an improvement on the light bulb and thermocube. I think it could be used on a Dometic, too.
