Hi Jeff,
I would not expect the pump to run very long at all. With a snap disk set at say 40 F close to the water tank 140 F water would definitely cycle the pump.
I'm fortunate to have 66 gallons of potable water on board. It takes the pump nearly 25 minutes of continuous running to empty out all the water. My favorite dump site has no water for the black tank rinser. I added a garden hose fitting on the bathroom sink and run a hose out the window to the rinse connection--so I operate the rinser with hot water.
Noise abatement for pump is a nice upgrade. Add some pex tubing so there is a loop on the output side of the pump. Isolate the pump from the structure it is fastened to with felt (see the dollar store for felt disks)
