Only a small volume of water comes out of the faucet

I'm working my way through the systems in a new to me MH. I'm only getting a very small amount of water out of the faucet and if I open another one no water. I can hear the pump running. This is a ...

I had same problem with my water. wasn't actually the screen per se but the "go green" plastic piece they put in there for water conservation. I yanked them out of every faucet I could.
