Only getting 8 volts from converter at battery connection

This started with AC compressor not coming on, checked all connections and there is no power going to compressor, compacitor is good but the start boost is not good (got one ordered). While trying to...

The converter will have fuses. Mine has 3. Check to see that none of them are blown. In my MH the converter has its own circuit breaker that feeds one side of a duplex outlet. Thought the converter was bad so I bought a new one. Checked the other side of the outlet not realizing it was split and the converter breaker was tripped. Turns out converter was fine, so now I have a spare.
